Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver all orders within 1–3 working days, depending on your location and courier availability. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, high-volume periods, or unforeseen delays. Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking update (where available).

Shipping Process & Responsibility

All orders are carefully prepared and handed over to trusted third-party couriers. Once collected, the courier becomes responsible for the handling, timing, and condition of the parcel during transit. Basket Express is not liable for delays, damages, or lost parcels caused by external delivery services or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Delivery Requirements & Customer Obligations

Customers must ensure that delivery information is accurate, complete, and reachable. If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect details, absence at the address, or refusal to accept the delivery, additional courier fees may apply. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address to avoid delays.
