Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (food items, perishables, and personalised gift baskets), we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on completed orders. However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24–48 hours with clear photos so we can assess the issue and resolve it fairly

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item is delivered damaged or the wrong basket is received, we will gladly provide a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation. Resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we always aim to ensure customer satisfaction. Please note that we may request photos of the packaging and items for verification.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been packed or shipped. Once your basket has been prepared or handed over to the courier, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded. For any cancellation requests, please contact us immediately so we can try to assist before processing begins.
